Patient information

Before your appointment

Before we meet, please email me a brief description of your child’s symptoms, along with any relevant test results and previous clinical letters.

Bring along any appropriate medical records, your child’s red book (if under five), and a list of current medications to the appointment.

If you can please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment, as you will need to complete a registration form before we meet.

Referrals

Please note, you may require a referral from your GP in order to book a consultation.

Insurance partners

I am supported by most major insurance partners. If you are using health insurance, it is recommended that you contact your insurance partner prior to our appointment to ensure you are covered.

Fees

If you are self-paying, payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer and all major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Please note, my consultation fees do not include the cost of tests, prescriptions or vaccines - which you will need to settle directly with the hospital or pharmacy.
